17.11.2003 Kaelin Warner It was a typical spring day on June 14, 2003. At 4:35pm, a barefooted LeeAnna Marie Warner jauntily ran out the front door of her parent's house and headed to the home of her friends, Jeannine and Melissa Quirk. She had been granted a half an hour of play with them. Somewhere, between the block and a half that separated the two homes, 5 year old LeeAnna disappeared.
17.11.2003 Sofia Lucerno Juarez On a cold evening, between 8 and 9pm, little Sofia Juarez disappeared from her East Kennewick, Washington home. It was February 4, 2003, the day before her fifth birthday. Sofia's mother Maria Juarez, her grandmother, Ignacia Juarez, and other family members, believed that she had gone to the store with Jose Lopez, her grandmother's boyfriend. But when Jose returned without the child, a search was quickly conducted through the house and up and down the street, to no avail. The frightened family contacted the police to report Sofia as missing. When questioned, it was found that none of them saw Sofia leave the house, but all believed she had been playing in her bedroom with her brother and wandered out behind Jose when he left. She was last seen wearing a red shirt, blue overalls, violet socks and white shoes.
