Fall 2002 was marked by sharp increase of the amount of missing persons who disappeared in the forest parks of Moscow and the forests around it. In response, our company directorate made a decision to create a permanent tracking dogs service. Since September 2002, our tracking dogs groups managed to find quite a few missing persons.
