General Information
Alex Detective Agency is not an authorized agency of the executive branch of government which creates or maintains a register of individuals with respect to whom information is available regarding sentencing, court decisions, other judicial, administrative, or local legal acts, or disqualification orders.
The information contained in the Agency’s reports regarding specific individuals is provided in response to customer requests within the framework of criminal, civil, or administrative judicial proceedings, with the written consent of the individual being investigated, in the form of a written memorandum (or detective’s report) stating that no information is available, or in the form of an information letter in the event that it proves impossible to identify the requested individual with certainty, with the appropriate reasons indicated.
The timeframe and procedure for providing customers with information contained in public registers depend on the rules and administrative procedures of federal and regional executive bodies and other state and municipal government agencies, and also on the knowledge of the legal entities and physical individuals authorized to provide information in oral, written, or electronic form.

Requests to provide information must be sent by the customer in electronic form, over the Internet, via the Agency’s official website, regardless of the customer’s physical location (or residential address) or that of the individual about whom the information is being requested.
Order of Proof
he information contained in the Agency’s reports is not available for general public review. Payment for information gathering services must be effected on the Agency’s official website before the services are provided.
Written information (a written detective’s report or an information letter) shall be provided directly to the individual (or the authorized representative of an organization) after the individual in question has successfully undergone an obligatory registration procedure to verify his or her identity, and to verify the document confirming that the individual possesses the proper authority from the Agency’s customer.
Information will be provided within 10 business days of the date the request is received.
